Plant Equipment Reliability Technician

Your expertise keeps systems safe, efficient, and ready to run—day after day.What you’ll tackleDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains.Perform scheduled PMs and corrective maintenance on machines and facility systems.Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and multi-discipline schematics.Keep meticulous records and close out work orders with clear documentation.Partner with production teams to reduce downtime and improve process efficiency.Contribute to installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.Work safely—always following established procedures and company policies.About you2+ years maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on machine repair experience with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting.Background with hydraulics and pneumatics; both are a plus.Automotive maintenance experience is welcomed and will be considered.Fluent in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.Analytical, detail-focused, and effective both independently and on a team.Bonus skillsWelding and fabrication experience.Experience working with Fanuc CNC/robot controls.Grow with usCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchCareer development and advancement opportunitiesCore proficienciesPneumatics troubleshootingMaintenance and repair skillsHydraulic systems and componentsMechanical systems and component repairMachine safety inspectionsCompensation noteThe employer reserves the right to offer the selected candidate an hourly rate at an appropriate level, to be determined by the employer, that is commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, skills, training, certifications or seniority.
