Data Center Site Lead

Data Center Site Lead, responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of assigned sites, ensuring compliance and optimization while delivering a high-quality operational experience in a full-time remote role. Key Responsibilities: Manage site operations, facility services, and asset governance Oversee financial management and vendor performance at the site level Act as the primary customer relationship owner and lead site-level incident response activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field 5+ years of proven experience in leading site operations or facilities management Strong vendor, financial, and contract management experience Demonstrated capability in incident and crisis management Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
