As a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative, you’ll assist members with important healthcare questions, resolve issues, and provide clear, accurate information all while delivering exceptional customer service.If you thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy helping people, and can think on your feet, this is a great opportunity to build experience in the healthcare industry.What You’ll DoAnswer high-volume inbound calls and provide top-tier customer supportAssist with billing questions, claims, benefits, and coverage detailsResearch and resolving issues using multiple systemsClearly explain complex healthcare information in a simple wayDocument all interactions accurately and efficientlyEscalate complex cases when neededWhat We’re Looking For1+ year of call center or customer service experienceExperience in a high-volume call environmentHigh School Diploma required Healthcare experience is a plus (Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, etc.)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable multitasking across multiple systemsReliable, detail-oriented, and team-focusedTraining (Paid & Required)Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CSTDuration: 2 weeksFull attendance required (no time off during training)Work ScheduleConsistent, non-rotating schedulesIncludes evenings and one weekend dayTwo days off per week (may not be consecutive)Multiple schedule options available — we’ll match you based on business needsScreening RequirementsBackground check (including fingerprinting)5-panel drug screen (THC not permitted)Ready to get started?
