Selling Store Manager
Sales ManagerAt TCC, your day as a Sales Manager starts on the sales floor. You open the store focused on driving results, building momentum, and leading by example. You review performance metrics, set daily sales priorities, and coach your team on how to convert traffic into meaningful customer relationships.As the day moves on, you actively sell alongside your team—modeling strong selling behaviors, overcoming objections, and following up with customers to strengthen retention and deliver the right solutions. Every interaction is an opportunity to grow revenue while creating experiences that keep customers coming back.Between sales conversations, you coach, teach, and train. You hold quick huddles and one-on-one conversations to develop skills, improve confidence, and push performance forward. You manage scheduling to support peak selling times, ensure operational excellence with inventory and cash management, and maintain a clean, sales-ready store environment.You're always building for the future—recruiting top talent, developing succession plans, and investing in your team's growth. Outside the store, you represent TCC through community involvement and volunteer initiatives.
