Project Analyst - IT
Job Description: Track and report on IT project performance, including actual vs spend, forecasted costs, delivery milestones, and KPI progress
Monitor financial performance across IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgets, forecasts, and expected value realization
Consolidate updates from Transformation Office, Initiative Leads (including Product Owners and Scrum Masters), Finance and COE Managers into executive-ready reporting
Identify, analyze, and escalate delivery risks, dependencies, and performance gaps
Prepare standardized metrics reports and dashboards for Steering Committee (SteerCo), Technology Leadership, and executive stakeholders to support governance and decision-making
Partner with Finance to validate financial data, including capital vs. expense spend, labor, and vendor costs
Ensure consistency and integrity of reporting across the IT portfolio, including adherence to PMO standards and governance frameworks
Support reporting across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Participate in recurring forums (e.g., IT Transformation stand-ups, finance reviews) to surface insights and ensure alignment
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3 –5 years of experience in IT project reporting, PMO, financial analysis, or technology program support
2-5 years of experience supporting IT projects or transformation initiatives in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
3-5 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office
3-5 years of experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Clarity) preferred
3-5 years of experience tracking IT financials, including resource costs, vendor spend, and infrastructure investments
