National Account Director
US Surgitech is seeking a strategic National Account Director to manage and expand our healthcare contracting footprint across GPOs, IDNs, and government healthcare systems. This role combines contract ownership, strategic account development, and business expansion within the medical device sector. Key Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of existing GPO contracts, including renewals, pricing reviews, amendments, and compliance tracking Drive contracts pull-through, utilization growth, and portfolio expansion Build strategic relationships with health systems, IDNs, and executive stakeholders Support product adoption through Value Analysis Committees Develop business opportunities within VA, DoD, and other government healthcare channels Partner with field sales teams to convert national contracts into local facility-level revenue Preferred Qualifications/Requirements 5–10 years in medical device sales, strategic accounts, healthcare contracting, or healthcare supply chain Experience with GPOs such as HealthTrust, Vizient, Premier, or similar organizations Exposure to IDNs, hospital systems, or enterprise healthcare selling Government healthcare account experience preferred Strong commercial, financial, and executive relationship management capability
