Assembly Operator – Sensor Module Sub‑Assembly (2nd Shift)

*Job Title : Floor Assembly Operator - Parts Prepped* *Duration : 12 months Contract* *Shift Details : 3:00pm to 11:30pm* *Job Description: * The Floor Assembly Operator – Parts Prepped will perform accurate and efficient sub-assembly of intermediate components used in the final assembly of finished sensor modules. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and a willingness to learn specialized assembly, preparation, etching, cleaning, and welding processes. Job Responsibilities * Inspect and assemble sensor gaskets, crossover gaskets, and flowcells according to established procedures. * Prepare and etch sensor module parts requiring plasma etching. * Operate the Glen plasma cleaning system according to established procedures. * Sub-assemble reference gaskets and reference covers. * Weld reference gasket and reference cover sub-assemblies according to established procedures. * Follow all applicable work instructions and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly. * Maintain good organization and time management while completing assigned tasks. Required * High School Diploma. * *0–1 years of relevant work experience.* * Basic computer skills. * Good time management and organizational skills. * Ability to accurately follow detailed procedures and work instructions. * Ability to learn assembly and specialized production processes.
