Key Responsibilities:Design Development: Sketching ideas, creating CAD drawings, and developing mood boards.Material Selection: Choosing fabrics, colors, and trims based on functionality, cost, and trends.Prototyping & Production: Developing prototypes, overseeing fittings, and providing technical specifications (tech packs) to manufacturers.QualificationsProficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Experience in visual storytelling, layout design, and creating graphics for digital and print mediaUnderstanding of branding principles and an eye for detail and creativityStrong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsTime management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentKnowledge of or passion for basketball and sports culture is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
