Maintenance Manager

Copperweld is looking for a driven, dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations for our manufacturing facility in Fayetteville,TN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and efficiency of all equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience leading maintenance teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing preventative maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong troubleshooting abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.WHAT We Need You To Do.Oversee all maintenance activities, including the repair, calibration, and upkeep of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and increase productivity.Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of performance and safety standards.Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure the longevity and reliability of machinery and equipment.Quickly identify mechanical issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, and determine the most effective and cost-efficient repair methods.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to create a safe working environment.Monitor and control maintenance-related budgets, making sure repairs and parts are cost effective, and identifying opportunities to reduce maintenance expenses.Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring the availability of necessary items for repairs and scheduled maintenance.Work closely with other departments, such as production and engineering, to coordinate maintenance schedules and avoid production disruptions.Complete other work as assigned. WHAT you need to possess.
