DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Surgeon to join our team in providing exceptional surgical care to patients in various locations in the state of Washington.Job Description:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients requiring surgical intervention for a wide range of conditions.Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including open and minimally invasive surgeries.Manage pre- and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up.Handle emergency surgical situations, including trauma surgery.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technologies through ongoing professional development.Qualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in General SurgeryValid medical license in Washington StateExtensive experience in performing a variety of surgical proceduresProficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniquesStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situationsBenefits:Highly competitive hourly rateFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical facilityAccess to a supportive and collaborative team
