Remote Appointment Setter (Performance-Based) We are looking for a driven and reliable Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to warm prospects, starting conversations, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-based role with strong upside for consistent producers. Compensation $30 per qualified appointment booked $60 per appointment that shows $100 per deal that is closed Weekly target: 15 showed appointments (average closer ratio is 33-50%) Paid bi-weekly Consistent setters hitting weekly expectations can generate strong income based on performance.
