Our classrooms range in age from 8-week-old infants through Pre-K.Minimum Qualifications:Seeking Creative, Interactive, Dedicated and Loving Educators! We are seeking early childhood professionals who have previous teaching experience and some knowledge in early childhood with a willingness to learn the Reggio Emilia Approach. Lead Teachers should have some knowledge of child development and be committed to work among Orlando's best educators for young children.Early Childhood lead teachers will create loving and dynamic learning environments which help support each child and meet them where they are in their current development. Must be willing to learn and grow and a love for children is a must.Lead Teacher Responsibilities:Collaborate with other ECLC teachers & supervisorCreate Lesson plans that are based on the children's interest and provide intentional learning experiencesSet up classrooms that are playful, loving and support creative thinking using a variety of materialsCommunicate daily with parents about the children's experiences and progressDocument learning to show evidence of development and growthQualifications & Requirements:At least one year of Early Childhood Teaching experienceSome Knowledge of Child Development & Best Practices in Early Childhood EducationPositive and effective interpersonal communication skillsDCF 45 hoursCurrent CPR certification and basic first aid training
