Hiring: Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Voice AI / LLM Solutions)We're looking for a highly technical, customer-focused Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to help enterprise clients deploy cutting-edge Voice AI solutions at scale. This is a permanent position based in San Francisco, CA for a hybrid schedule. (6days working in a week) Saturday is off.In this role, you'll work directly with customer teams to design, build, and launch production-ready AI systems while acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving real-world AI implementation challenges, this could be a great fit.What You'll Do• Lead end-to-end delivery of Voice AI projects — from prototype to production deployment• Become a subject matter expert in building Voice AI and LLM-powered solutions• Develop full-stack integrations using Python, JavaScript, and enterprise platforms such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools• Partner closely with Sales and customers to gather requirements, build demos, and present technical solutions• Drive project execution by identifying blockers, managing risks, and communicating updates clearly• Create reusable tools, workflows, and implementation patterns• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and go-to-market insightsWhat We're Looking For• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, Customer Success Engineering, Support Engineering, or startup/founder experience• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences• Experience delivering systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments• Hands-on coding experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies• Understanding of LLM-powered applications and user experience considerations• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively manage risks and maintain execution momentumIdeal for candidates passionate about AI, customer impact, and building production-grade systems that solve real business problems.
