Assistant Property ManagerSnelling is currently seeking an upbeat and professional Assistant Property Manager for a public housing company. Hours 7:30 am-5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday. Starting Pay $19.00-22.00/hr. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and tenant management of our affordable housing properties. Working closely with the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our residential communities.Key Responsibilities for Assistant Property Manager:Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial recordsCoordinate maintenance requests and oversee the upkeep of the propertiesResponsible for grounds and made ready units inspectionsRespond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or issuesAssist with tenant screening, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out processesPerform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filingCollaborating with the Property Manager on various projects and initiativesQualifications for Assistant Property Manager:1-2 years of experience in property management or a related fieldStrong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting principlesAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and work independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredInterested and qualified candidates for the Assistant Property Manager position should submit their resume for immediate consideration.
