Operators must maintain a safe working environment, recording measurements from a rig’s gauges, and replacing malfunctioning parts. Operators may also work with fluids, like oil and water.Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstallation of all test equipmentOperator flowback equipment within safe operating parametersMonitor and operate controls, instruments, and record test dataUnderstand and comply with requirements of the HSE manual, SOP, and JSA procedures and company policiesMaintain close contact with the Supervisor regarding work assignments, report all incidents, accidents, and deficiencies to the SupervisorParticipate fully in all required HSE training, safety meetings, and follow all safety regulations including wearing proper PPEResponsible for good housekeeping and cleanliness on location in the shopPerform pre- and post-job maintenance of equipmentPerform various other duties and activities as assigned by Supervisor Required Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesA mentor will be assigned to guide all entry level operators with the above described duties and responsibilitiesAbility to follow instructionsAbility to work in all types of weather conditionsAbility to work overtime as requiredAbility to travel overnight as requiredAbility to work as a strong team player Education and ExperienceMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screeningComputer literateOn-the job training offered Ideal Completions is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sex, pregnancy, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, services in the uniformed services, or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law.apply for this job
