We also offer excavation services, land clearing, and foundation repairs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Carpenter based in Puyallup, WA. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute day-to-day carpentry tasks, including demo, framing, drywall install, tile install, finish carpentry, and other construction-related activities. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, operating hand and power tools, supervising team members, maintaining job site safety and organization, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.QualificationsProficient in Carpentry, including both rough and finish carpentry techniquesReliable transportation to and from the job siteSkilled in the use of Hand Tools and Power Tools commonly used in constructionExperience with Framing and structural assemblyStrong organizational and leadership abilities to oversee team and project progressAbility to interpret blueprints and technical drawingsHigh attention to detail and commitment to safety proceduresPrevious experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus
