Host/Hostess

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on a positive note. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables - Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials - Manage waitlists and ensure timely seating of guests - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and waiting area - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed -bussing and resetting tables for the next guest Requirements: - Previous experience using POS software or similar restaurant management software is preferred - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional customer etiquette - Ability to work well in a team setting - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed or required Joining our team as a Host/Hostess offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment where you can enhance your customer service skills while being part of a supportive team.
