Role Description:
The Junior Title Processor is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. This role involves reviewing and processing vehicle title documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include verifying ownership information, preparing and updating records, coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve title issues, and maintaining organized documentation. The Junior Title Processor will support smooth transactions by responding to inquiries, tracking title status, and helping improve workflows related to title management.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and external partners.
Knowledge of Notary and Escrow processes or willingness to learn and work toward relevant certifications.
Basic Accounting skills to reconcile records and ensure accurate documentation of fees and payments.
High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with computer-based recordkeeping.
Ability to learn state-specific title requirements and apply guidelines consistently.
Prior experience in automotive, title processing, or related administrative work is beneficial but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in business, finance, or legal administration are a plus.
