Job ObjectiveDemonstrates advanced clinical and communication skills who, under the direction of the leadership, is responsible for optimal provision of quality patient care and assists with functioning of an assigned unit/clinic. Assumes clinical and operational leadership responsibility of the unit/clinic providing continuity and coordination unit/clinic activities. Demonstrates commitment to system values through customer/patient focus and continuous process improvement. Facilitates staff involvement in Performance Excellence. Assists leadership in monitoring compliance with all State and Federal laws. Accountable for assurance of staff compliance to Joint Commission Standards.
Job DescriptionEducation: Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's in Nursing
Licensure/Certification: Required: California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA) required in all departments upon hire.
