Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bloomfield, IN. As a team member at SEE Purpose, you will work closely with clients to provide support and guidance throughout their recovery journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing personalized care plans, facilitating individual and group sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, you will contribute to creating an empathetic and supportive environment that fosters healing and growth. Qualifications Experience in client assessment, case management, and developing personalized care plansStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clientsKnowledge of therapy approaches and mindfulness techniques)Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team settingProfessional certification or licensure in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred but not required)Commitment to fostering a compassionate and inclusive treatment environmentExperience in substance abuse or addiction recovery services is preferredOrganizational and documentation proficiency to maintain accurate client records
