Program Manager - DHS ICE

Title: Program Manager (PM) Company: Arch Systems Client: Federal Location: Remote Type: Full-time Mandatory: Prior experience managing programs or projects DHS ICE SEVP is required. The Program Manager (PM) coordinates with SCT Federal leadership and other SEVP leadership in implementing the requirements in this PWS. The PM oversees all technical SETA work to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of a high-quality, functioning application, web platform, and training courses and modules. The PM interfaces with SCT Federal and Contract personnel to coordinate receipt of SETA design and content, and to ensure SCT’s vision is implemented in the technical platform. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field associated with Program Management. A professional Program Management Certification is desired. Minimum Required Experience: In addition to the educational requirement, the Program Manager will also have ten (10) years of specialized experience that includes, at a minimum, the following: (1) Specific prior experience managing day-to-day operations of a large, complex strategic communications program, including the supervisory oversight and management of a dynamic public affairs website. (2) Demonstrated experience providing technical direction and managing large multi-task projects of high complexity; designing, implementing and managing strategic communications and public affairs campaigns across traditional and social media. (3) Proven experience in completion of projects within estimated timeframes and budgets, ability to coordinate efforts across the team and the program to complete complex tasks and meet customer requirements. Additional Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ● Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. ● Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis. ● Ability to educate and inform senior federal management on the development and operations of a web-based training platform. ● Ability to provide clear supervisory leadership of the contract team, as well as provide strategic guidance on the technical development and implementation of a web-based training platform. ● Ability to coordinate with other Contract teams to ensure the delivery Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Experience: DHS ICE: 1 year (Preferred) Program management: 10 years (Preferred) License/Certification: PMP (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
