Basic mechanical aptitude; some experience or interest in the maintenance field.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to twist, bend, push, pull, lift, kneel, reach, stoop, crawl and climb stairs. This position is very active and requires standing and walking all day.The employee is frequently required to use hands to grasp or feel and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned and makes general observations.The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.
