This role supports complex, high-stakes litigation and requires substantial trial and litigation experience. The position is fully in-office and offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on matters from inception through trial and appeal.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive litigation support across all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, trial, and post-trial/appellate mattersManage and maintain case files, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with firm and court standardsPerform legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and WestlawAssist with cite-checking, fact-checking, and preparation of briefs and other court filingsManage and support e-discovery databases, including document review and production (Relativity experience preferred)Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with federal and state court rules and deadlinesCommunicate effectively with attorneys, support staff, clients, and external vendors as needed
