Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.This is a great opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering fast-paced, high-end interior projects for corporate offices, retail spaces, and other commercial environments across New York City.Key Responsibilities:Oversee commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeoutManage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordinationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultantsReview drawings, specifications, and project documentationLead project meetings and provide regular progress updatesManage change orders, RFIs, and submittalsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate closely with site superintendents and field teamsRequirements:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial constructionStrong background in commercial interior fit-out / tenant improvement projectsExperience managing projects in New York City / Manhattan preferredAbility to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction drawings, budgets, and schedulingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar)APPLY today for immediate consideration!
