The Helper will assist in a variety of tasks including supporting fabricators, operating tools and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to all safety protocols. The Helper will also assist in material handling, preparation of components for fabrication, and other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.QualificationsGeneral skills in hand tool usage, power tool operation, and basic mechanical aptitudeAbility to follow verbal and written instructions, ensuring attention to detail and safetyPhysical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and working in various conditionsFamiliarity with workplace safety guidelines and commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentTeam player with strong communication skills and willingness to assist coworkersPrevious experience in an industrial, construction, or fabrication setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
