Proposal & Pursuit Manager (Water/Wastewater)
The OpportunityRuby-Collins, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Proposal & Pursuit Manager to join our growing team and serve as a cornerstone of our work acquisition strategy. Based at our headquarters in Smyrna, GA, you will spearhead the development of high-quality proposals and lead the full pursuit lifecycle for large-scale, complex water/wastewater infrastructure projects that define the Southeast's landscape.This role collaborates directly with Executive Leadership, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical engineering feats into compelling narratives for Design-Build, CMAR, and traditional pursuits, showcasing our 55+ year legacy of excellence.Why Ruby-Collins?
