Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly capable, execution-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at our Torrance headquarters.Role OverviewThis is a hands-on, execution-driven role. The ideal candidate is not just a strategist, but a doer—someone who can directly plan, implement, and optimize marketing and sales initiatives across all of OFA’s products and services. This role is designed to internalize our marketing capability, eliminating reliance on external marketing consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of executing OFA’s marketing plans across all business lines, including:QikBIM (AI-powered architectural platform)Wildfire Defense SystemHearth RWA Tokenization PlatformDirectly create and manage marketing campaigns (digital ads, email campaigns, PR releases, social media, and website content)Maintain and elevate OFA’s corporate image, branding, and market positioningExecute sales support initiatives, including lead generation, client outreach materials, and conversion strategiesWork closely with the CEO and internal teams to rapidly implement marketing ideas into live campaignsManage and optimize all marketing channels without reliance on external agenciesTrack performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to drive measurable resultsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience (not just management)Proven ability to independently run marketing campaigns end-to-endStrong experience in digital marketing tools, content creation, and performance trackingExperience in AI, SaaS, real estate, or blockchain/RWA sectors is highly preferredAbility to move fast, adapt quickly, and operate in a high-growth environmentStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityWhy Join OFADirectly work with the CEO and leadership teamOwn and execute marketing strategy across multiple high-growth productsBe part of a NASDAQ-listed, innovation-driven companyOpportunity for performance-based incentives and equity participationHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief introduction to: info@ofacorp.com
