Sr. Media Buyer - Enterprise

The Senior Media Buyer - Enterprise is a senior individual contributor responsible for the hands-on execution, optimization, and performance delivery of a multi-million dollar programmatic media investment for a single enterprise account.This role serves as the in-platform authority across DSPs, owning campaign setup, audience deployment, inventory strategy, and real-time optimization across display, video, native, CTV, and audio environments.You will partner closely with the Account Director, acting as the executional engine behind programmatic strategy, ensuring flawless activation, efficient spend, and measurable business impact at scaleWhat You'll DoCampaign Execution & OwnershipOwn end-to-end campaign execution across DSPs (DV360, StackAdapt, TTD, etc.)Build, launch, and QA campaigns across display, video, CTV, native, and audioMaintain scalable campaign structures (IOs, line items, naming conventions) with strict accuracyInventory & Deal ManagementActivate and optimize across open exchange, PMP, preferred, and programmatic guaranteed dealsManage deal IDs and publisher relationships to unlock premium inventoryDrive supply path optimization (SPO) to improve efficiency and transparencyAudience ActivationDeploy and optimize 1P, 3P, and contextual audiencesExecute audience layering, exclusions, and segmentation strategiesBudget Management & PacingManage multi-million dollar budgets with precise daily pacing and allocationAdjust bids, budgets, and tactics in real time to hit performance and delivery targetsProactively identify and mitigate pacing risksOptimization & PerformanceOptimize bidding, inventory, audiences, and creative to improve CPA, ROAS, and efficiencyManage frequency, reach, and duplication-especially across CTV and videoIdentify performance drivers and scale high-impact tacticsCTV & Video ExecutionLead execution across CTV and OLV, including inventory selection and deal activationOptimize for completion rate, viewability, and reach-not just clicksManage cross-channel frequency and audience overlapTracking & MeasurementEnsure accurate pixel implementation, event tracking, and attribution alignmentSupport incrementality testing, lift studies, and advanced measurement initiativesTroubleshoot discrepancies and maintain data integrityTesting & ExperimentationExecute structured test plans across inventory, audiences, creative, and bidding strategiesScale winning tactics and eliminate underperformersDocument and apply learnings to improve future performanceInsights & CollaborationAnalyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendationsPartner with strategists, creative, and analytics teams to drive integrated executionContribute to reporting with a focus on performance drivers and next actionsWhat You'll BringExperience: 5-8+ years in digital media planning and buying, with deep expertise in both site-direct and programmatic environmentsPlatform Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with DSPs (StackAdapt, DV360, Basis, StackAdapt, TTD), Ad Servers (Campaign Manager), and Web Analytics (GA4).Channel Fluency: Proven track record managing diverse media types, including OTT/CTV, Streaming Audio, and Traditional Linear/Radio.Advanced Tactics: Expert knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting (dynamic creative, CRM, lookalike, and predictive modeling)Strategic Vision: Ability to map data partners to the customer journey-activating contextual signals for awareness and deterministic identity for conversionCommunication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data for high-growth performance accounts.Benefits and Perks We ProvideRemote Workplace.
