Manage customer service inquiries and provide effective resolutions. Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain operations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Identify opportunities to improve logistics and customer service procedures.
