The SLP supports high school students in developing communication skills that promote academic success, social engagement, and independence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse learners, including neurodiverse students such as those with autism, ADHD, and language-based learning disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct speech and language evaluations and prepare reports.Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.Support students' communication, social-pragmatic skills, and self-advocacy.Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff across settings.Consult with staff and partner with families to support student progress.QualificationsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Valid state SLP license and/or educational certification required.CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates may be considered.Experience working with adolescents or neurodiverse learners preferred.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Application ProcessPlease apply online.
