You work with limited supervision but value collegial consultation. You're interested in leading or co-leading group therapy and ideally bring a niche or area of focus.You're energized by collaboration, take direct feedback well, and see your work as part of something larger than caseload mechanics.The positionW2, fee-for-service commission model starting at 60% of collected fees, with adjustments possible at full-time statusEstimated annual earnings at full caseload (23 hours/week): $65,000 to $72,000, with higher earnings available for clinicians who want a larger caseload.
