The Position: We’re looking for friendly faces to serve our guests. The Location: We are located in Historic Downtown Dickson, TN at the end of South Main Street. We Offer: A positive work culture Free shift meals Benefits for full time employees Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations - Sales skills to effectively upsell menu items and increase revenue - Experience using POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service - Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing - Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures - Strong interpersonal skills for positive guest relations Requirements: - Must possess current ABC license Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
