The successful candidate assists and reports directly to the Inventory Operations Manager. In this role, the candidate will assist with sufficient inventory control, organization, preparation and replenishment in accordance with inventory operation procedures and OCP regulations. Responsibilities: Primary duties include but are not limited to: Assistance with daily tasks, short-term and long-term projects, organization, filing, and record keeping Maintaining stockroom and storage organization Stockroom cleaning Reconciliations Inventory replenishment for back of house and front of house operations Maintaining inventory accuracy, flow, and FIFO protocols Production Assistance Product Packaging Product Finishing Labeling and Barcoding Delivery Intake Processing incoming inventory Checking invoices for accuracy and/or discrepancies Recording expiration dates Supply Order Intake Processing incoming supply orders Data Entry & Recording Archiving product batches Processing damages, returns, and waste in compliance with OCP regulations Licensing Requirements: Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must possess and/or obtain RIC license to work in the medicinal cannabis industry per Office of Cannabis Policy Must be able to pass a background check and submit fingerprints per Office of Cannabis Policy IIC License will be required for long-term and/or the potential for full-time employment for both medicinal and adult use locations per Office of Cannabis Policy Other requirements: Reliable transportation Weekend availability a must Friday Flexibility 1-2 years of experience in an inventory-related position is preferred. Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
