Type: Full time - RemoteLocation: Remote - open to all EU locationsThe OpportunityUserWise is developing a new mobile game based on a globally recognized entertainment IP, blending mass-market appeal with a fast, high-frequency LiveOps cadence. We're looking for a Lead Producer to act as the engine room of the project - building and owning the production pipelines that allow a lean, senior team to move at startup speed. You will be the first and sole Producer on the project during early development. This is not a coordination or ticket-management role; it is about creating the systems, rhythms, and trust that let design and engineering execute at a high level.This is a hands-on role in a lean, newly formed team. You will actively drive decisions, manage risk, and carry the production process forward from early exploration through MVP, soft launch, and live operations.What You'll DoProduction Leadership & ExecutionOwn the day-to-day delivery rhythm of the project, ensuring standups, sprints, reviews, and retrospectives are purposeful and effectiveEstablish, document, and evolve a production process from scratch, creating clarity and predictability for a senior, cross-disciplinary teamGuide the team through exploration, prototyping, and discovery, while maintaining focus on milestones and end goalsAct as the project's reality check, balancing creative ambition with scope, timing, and delivery constraintsLead by example, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, transparency, and respectBuild trust, clarity, and momentum within a newly formed teamPlanning & DeliveryBuild and maintain the master roadmap and delivery plan, with clear visibility into near- and mid-term risksAnticipate blockers and work proactively to resolve them before they impact deliveryOwn delivery trade-offs within agreed scope and milestones, escalating risks and decisions when necessaryCross-Discipline CoordinationAct as the connective tissue between Design, Economy, Engineering, Art, Audio, QA, and UA, ensuring changes in one discipline are clearly communicated to othersEnsure teams have clear goals, priorities, and acceptance criteriaCreate an environment of clear communication, psychological safety, and constructive feedbackInfluence senior designers and engineers through preparation, data, and clear planning rather than authorityLiveOps & Launch ExecutionOwn LiveOps planning, content cadence, and release scheduling from soft launch onwardEnsure sufficient content buffers are planned and approved ahead of releasePrepare the team for the transition from development into live operations, including soft launch readiness and operational cadenceRequirementsWhat We're Looking For6+ years of experience as a Producer on mobile F2P gamesProven experience shipping a game across its full lifecycle, from early concept or prototyping through launchDemonstrated ability to build and own production processes for new teamsExperience working with licensed IP, including managing approval flows, brand guidelines, and external stakeholdersStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior creatives and engineersExcellent communication skills; able to navigate difficult conversations with clarity and empathyStrong judgment around scope, trade-offs, and prioritizationExperience leading remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones using async-friendly workflowsFluent in English; effective in a remote, international teamNice to HaveExperience supporting LiveOps planning or post-launch operationsExperience and/or interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve planning, documentation, or production efficiencyBenefitsWhy Join UserWiseHelp bring a new mobile game from early development through launchWork with a veteran-led team in a lean, execution-focused environmentHigh ownership and visibility on a flagship projectFully remote, flexible work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
