They also help manage or lessen pain experienced by individuals with degenerative conditions or terminal diseases through various methods including physical activity, massage, and muscular manipulation. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to achieve optimal patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesConsult with patients to assess their physical condition and symptoms.Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans.Coach patients in therapeutic exercises and stretches.Utilize hands-on therapy techniques to relieve pain and promote healing.Maintain detailed records of patient conditions and progress.Communicate with relevant parties regarding patient progress and care plans.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMasters Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.Experience working directly with patients in long term care or hospital settings.Current Physical Therapist state license.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
