Innovative providing solutions and critical thinking, with an innovative approach.Description: The Administrative Assistant provides essential support for the day-to-day operations of Triage Partners' corporate office. This role oversees office administration, internal and external communications, scheduling, purchasing assistance, and inventory coordination. Serving as a key resource for leadership and corporate staff, the Administrative Assistant ensures office logistics and administrative functions are managed efficiently and professionally.Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Corporate Office AdministrationManage day-to-day administrative tasks for the corporate officeMaintain office organization, supplies, and shared workspacesMonitor shared calendars and manage scheduling for corporate needsSet appointments on behalf of corporate requests and leadershipSupport general office operations and ad hoc administrative needsCommunications & CorrespondenceDraft company letters and professional correspondenceDraft and distribute corporate communications in coordination with leadershipEnsure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standardsMail, Shipping & LogisticsManage USPS mail, including receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondenceSend and receive packages and coordinate shipping needsTrack deliveries and maintain shipping documentationPurchasing & Inventory SupportAssist with purchasing requests and vendor coordinationTrack orders, receipts, and related documentationManage inventory of field supplies and office materialsOrganize and maintain the office stock closetCoordinate with internal teams to ensure required materials and supplies are availableVendor & Documentation ManagementManage vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs)Track documentation and ensure records are current and organizedCoordinate with vendors as needed to obtain or update required documentationQualifications:High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and professionalismExcel at Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyPersonal Characteristics:Reliable, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable supporting executives and corporate leadershipStrong follow-through and ownership of responsibilitiesProfessional demeanor with internal and external contactsAdaptable and responsive to changing prioritiesPerks of Working at Triage:Comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life401K with Company MatchMedical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Paid Sick TimeHoliday PayPaid Vacation TimeReferral ProgramCareer advancement opportunitiesContinuous training and personal development opportunitiesA quality Employee Recognition ProgramEmployment with Triage Partners, LLC is contingent upon successful completion of our background check and drug screen process.
