A-Team Solutions is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants, for a government facility in Dilley, TX ICE Residential Treatment Facility (Women and Children).Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant $110 an hour + $1250 retention bonus at 90 days and $1250 retention bonus at 1 year of service, malpractice is covered by customer. Fully furnished apartment close to the facility, or area of choice, covered in full by Customer Travel reimbursement on meals, incidentals and mileage per travel regulations attached.INTRODUCTION: The ICE Health Services Corps (IHSC) is within the organizational structure of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) under the supervision of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps Officers, General Schedule federal staff and contractors comprise the healthcare professionals working together to provide quality healthcare services. IHSC serves as the medical experts for ICE for detainee health care. It is the responsibility of the Staff Physician to adhere to policies and procedures as stated in the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Policies and Procedures Manual and IHSC National Guidance.Qualifications 1. Board Certification preferred or board eligible in family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, or Physician Assistant with completion of certification within 18 months of hiring. 2. Must have an unrestricted and current medical license in the state of practice. 3. Teaching experience acknowledging a level of expertise and capacity for developing and accessing clinical educational programs. 4. Continuous provider card in CPR-Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. 5. Cultural competency. 6. Excellent Interpersonal skills. 7. Strong oral/written communication skills. 8. Integrity/honesty. 9. Maintains clinical professional skills via continuing education opportunities. 10.
