Product Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes with foundry partners to improve yield and performance of advanced machine learning chips.• Analyze ATE, Systems test, and Silicon design data to identify and debug systematic yield issues.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for yield and performance optimization.• Lead improvements in functional and structural test coverage at ATE and system levels.• Design and maintain dashboards for key metric monitoring and automated issue identification.• Drive corrective actions for yield and quality improvements through stakeholder collaboration.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.• 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience as a product/test engineer analyzing test data.• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Experience with yield and performance optimization on advanced process nodes.• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and statistical analysis.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($136,000 - $184,000) plus potential for sign-on bonuses and stock units.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.• Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive team environment.• Exposure to system-level issues and diverse datasets, stretching beyond traditional silicon engineering.Apply via Haystack today!
