Now Hiring: Armed Security Guards for Motel Location Location: Confidential Motel Property – High-Visibility Assignment Schedule: Full time/Part time Pay Rate: Starting at $22 /hour Coverage Details: Shift 1: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Shift 2: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Each shift is 8 hours: 7.5 hours paid + 30-minute unpaid lunch) Number of Guards Needed: 3 Guard Requirements: MUST BE ARMED Valid BSIS Guard Card Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit Power to Arrest Certificate (Required by BSIS) Must arrive in full duty gear, including: Duty belt with holster Firearm Flashlight Body armor/vest Job Description – Armed Hotel Security Guard We are seeking professional and highly alert Armed Security Guards to provide protection and visibility for a motel property. Guards will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: Patrol interior and exterior of the property regularly Deter loitering, trespassing, and criminal activity Monitor guest and visitor activity for suspicious behavior Maintain a strong and courteous presence at all times Respond quickly and professionally to incidents or emergencies Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports Work closely with motel management and local law enforcement when needed Enforce property rules and Code 4 Private Security policies ✅ Ideal Candidate: Has excellent situational awareness and communication skills Remains calm and composed under pressure Is punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor Has previous hotel or high-traffic site experience (preferred but not required) Interested?
