Key Responsibilities Lead hand work team, supervise staff. Execute production plan to meet daily output and on-time delivery goals Coordinate with upstream (press) and downstream (shipping/finishing) departments Ensure efficient workflow across all hand operations including: Hand collating Hand coiling Hand stitching / inserting Shrink wrapping / packaging Hand applied line sheets Hand folding Book block separation Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards Perform in-process checks and final inspections Address defects immediately and implement corrective actions Maintain accountability for accuracy of counts, collation, and finishing Qualifications 1+ years of leading people, be able to show this in work history Assure production needs are met on your shift. Work alongside the team, you will be expected to be helping production.
