Based in Miami, our products are sold worldwide through our online store.Poolside style is in our DNA — the beach is our stage, and we operate at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, and culture.We are building brands driven not only by product, but by content, creators, and community. About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our influencer strategy across our menswear brands (BANG! Miami & DC2 Miami).This role is responsible for building a high-performing network of menswear-oriented creators, generating conversion-focused content, and driving measurable revenue through influencer partnerships.This is not a traditional “social media” role.This is a growth role focused on execution, testing, and scaling what works.You will work directly with the Founders and collaborate closely with the paid media team to turn influencer content into a scalable acquisition channel. CompensationBase salary: $35,000 - 65,000/yearPerformance-based 5% bonus tied to trackable influencer-driven revenueOpportunity to significantly increase earnings based on results  Key Responsibilities- Influencer Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth targetsBuild and scale influencer programs including seeding, affiliate, and ambassador initiativesIdentify and test new growth opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms - Creator Sourcing & PartnershipsIdentify, recruit, and onboard influencers aligned with brand identity and audienceManage high-volume outreach and maintain a consistent pipeline of creatorsBuild long-term relationships with top-performing influencers and brand ambassadors  Campaign Execution & NegotiationNegotiate partnerships, deliverables, and compensation structuresPrioritize performance-based collaborations (commission, hybrid deals)Manage campaigns end-to-end from outreach to delivery- Performance Tracking & OptimizationTrack campaign performance using discount codes, affiliate links, and Shopify analyticsAnalyze results based on revenue, conversion, and ROIScale high-performing creators and discontinue underperforming campaigns quickly - Content & Creative CoordinationOversee influencer-generated content (Reels, TikTok, UGC, photos)Manage briefing process and content development with creators, ensuring on-brand and product-accurate guidelines are includedEnsure all content aligns with brand standards and visual identityCollaborate with internal team to repurpose content for paid media campaigns - Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with paid media team to amplify top-performing influencer contentAlign campaigns with product launches and seasonal dropsMonitor competitors, trends, and opportunities within the market Requirements2–5+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketingProven track record of managing influencer campaigns that generate measurable salesStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and content-driven growth strategiesExperience using affiliate tracking platforms, and influencer platformsExperience negotiating influencer partnerships and managing campaignsHighly organized, proactive, and execution-focusedStrong communication and relationship-building skills- Must have experience driving revenue through influencer campaigns, not just engagement or brand awareness. Preferred QualificationsExperience in men’s fashion, swimwear, or e-commerce brandsFamiliarity with Shopify or e-commerce platformsExisting network of influencers or creators Work EnvironmentMiami-based (on-site / hybrid)Fast-paced, hands-on environmentHigh level of ownership and autonomyDirect collaboration with founder and leadership BenefitsCompetitive salaryFlexible paid time off (vacation, sick days, holidays)Creative and entrepreneurial work environmentQuarterly apparel allowance What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who understands how to:test quicklytrack performanceand scale what worksThis role is for someone who wants to build a growth engine, not just manage social media.Apply: jobs@bangclothes.com
