Responsibilities The primary job duties and responsibilities of being an Executive Chef include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers Manage hiring, training, and performance of team members Ensure food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards Manage labor costs and scheduling based on business needs Oversee inventory, ordering, and daily kitchen operations Plan and direct all food production in the kitchen Support menu updates and maintain kitchen standards Complete required reports, logs, and administrative tasks in a timely manner Model company culture and collaborate with all levels of management Qualifications Tiny Boxwoods Productions requires the following minimum qualifications to successfully perform the position of Executive Chef: Culinary and management experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Texas Food Manager Certification Culinary degree or equivalent work experience Attention to detail and consistency Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability and team-oriented mindset Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
