Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry Float Pool RN - $2,484 per week

TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Centennial, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel • Active CO/Multistae RN license required. • 2 years of RN MS/Tele experience required. • Required certifications:ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS • Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist. • Two supervisor or manager references from the past year Shift & Contract: • Night shift , 3 x 12 36hr GWW , Nights, 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule • MUST float within Zone 1: May be asked to float into any other acuity level; ICU (take low acuity holds with skillset), PCU/Stepdown, & MS-Tele • 13-week contract initial duration Traveler Requirement: • To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Centennial, CO, 80112.- Prefer prior travel experience If a 1st time traveler- then they need to have 2 years of MS/TELE experience & have Epic experience " Description: NO HOME BASE FACILITY You can also be asked for float outside of your designated facility to sister facitlies including: Zone 1 (Based in Colorado Springs, CO): 2222 N Nevada Ave Colorado Springs, CO 6001 E Woodmen Rd Colorado Springs, CO 10860 New Allegiance Drive Colorado Springs, CO 1008 Minnequa Ave Pueblo, CO 1338 Phay Ave Canon City, CO Schedules are released 4–6 weeks in advance and follow one of two formats: Option A: • Scheduled at a single facility for the week • May float within that facility if needed Option B – Just-In-Time (JIT): • Facility assigned 1–2 hours before shift start via call TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID 1072731.
