This multi-tasking opportunity requires 3+ years proven experience and is ideal for professionals who are self-starters, fast on their feet, and live by a code of uncompromising professional excellence.ResponsibilitiesAssisting PMs and estimators with project documentation, take-offs and materials quotes Calling subcontractors to check if they're bidding or have any questions Holding site/job walks Addressing and sourcing any necessary temporary facilities (e.g. storage containers, dumpsters, mobile restrooms, equipment) Transcription and distribution of budgets, RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and change orders Assembling project close-out documents Qualifications3+ years experience as a commercial - not multi-family or residential - estimator An innate understanding of the tenant improvement process and commercial construction project management Strong writing ability and excellent verbal skills (we value honest, open communication) The ability to perform well and grow under limited supervision Proficiency with MS office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and Monday.com RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
