You'll work alongside creative, open-minded colleagues to redefine how legal work gets done.Key Responsibilities Partner with product teams throughout the full product lifecycle, providing legal counsel and risk assessment to ensure compliant launches and operationsBuild and refine our global legal compliance and regulatory governance frameworkDraft and review contracts, policies, and legal documents to support rapid business growthSupport financing activities and prepare related legal materialsManage external counsel relationships and respond to legal emergenciesMonitor global regulatory developments and provide forward-looking legal strategiesRequirements Qualified to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction, preferably in a common law country3+ years of legal experience; in-house experience at a tech company preferredStrong foundation in corporate law and operations; financing experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishCurious about AI and ready to challenge how you think and work on a daily basisStrong ownership mentality and genuine interest in frontier technology and legal issuesExceptional learning agility and ability to quickly grasp complex AI conceptsOutstanding cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal audiencesNote: Our interview process includes a "vibe coding" round where you'll solve a practical problem.
