Service Pro

Position SummaryThe Service Pro is responsible for performing RadPad’s core cleaning services across the Greater San Diego area, with a primary focus in North County.  Additional service coverage for territory outside of the North County area may be required from time to time.This position requires an understanding of safe field operations, excellent customer communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality on every job.  No experience is required and on the job training will be provided. This position plays a key role in representing the RadPad brand and business way onsite while  ensuring every customer receives a Five-Star service experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Service Pro will perform RadPad core services, including:Core Services include:Window CleaningGutter CleaningSolar Panel CleaningArtificial Turf CleaningSoft WashingSurface CleaningAdditionally, the Service Pro may perform RadPad specialty services, including:Specialty & Premium Services include:Surface SealingHoliday Lighting ServicePermanent Lighting ServiceField Operations duties include:Safely operate ladders, roof-access systems, and cleaning equipmentDrive company vehicles to and from job sitesMaintain tools, equipment, and vehicle cleanlinessFollow company SOPs and safety proceduresCustomer Experience includes:Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers onsiteMaintain high standards of workmanship and job site cleanlinessIdentify service opportunities or maintenance concernsSupport team leads and daily operations as neededIdentify service upsell opportunities and assist with new business opportunitiesOur Physical & Safety RequirementsCandidates must be able to:Lift and carry up to 50 poundsSafely operate 24–32 ft laddersPerform ladder and roof-access work under regulated conditionsWork outdoors in sun, heat, and varying weather conditionsSafely use motorized equipment required to complete service callsStand, walk, climb, bend, and kneel for extended periodsMaintain safe job site practices and follow company safety procedures & protocolsPreferred QualificationsInterior and/or Exterior cleaning experience a PLUS but not required  Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and pride in service qualityPositive attitude and strong work ethicCoachable and eager to Learn and EarnProfessional appearance and communication skillsHiring RequirementsMust be legally able to work in the United States & 18 Years or OlderMust be able to pass a background checkMust submit to an initial and regular drug screeningsDMV record checkAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysMust have reliable personal vehicle for transportation to reporting locationValid California driver’s license with a clean driving recordBenefitsPaid hands-on trainingOpportunities for advancement into leadership and operationsCompany uniforms and equipment providedCompany vehicle provided during work hoursOvertime and holiday pay eligiblePerformance and growth-based compensation opportunities
