Las Margaritas General Manager, Canal Winchester OH

Las Margaritas in Canal Winchester is currently seeking a qualified General Manager. This location has been a part of the Canal Winchester community for over 20 years. We are known for our Margaritas and our award-winning Mexican cuisine. The right candidate will be able to work the FOH and BOH as needed and manage a staff of about 25. This position is Full Time and requires a 5 day work week, 45-50 hours per week. Hours of Operation are 11am-9pm Sun-Thurs, 11am-10pm Fri and Sat. As GM you will be in charge of daily operations including, but not limited to: Financial reporting- R365, Toast, and ADP knowledge a plus Ordering for FOH and BOH Scheduling Providing top notch hospitality and good food Growing Sales and meeting financial goals Must have or be willing to complete ServSafe Certification Spanish a plus but not required
