Work LocationMount Laurel, New Jersey, United States of AmericaHours40 hours per weekLine Of BusinessTechnology SolutionsPay Detail105000 - 155000 USDKey ResponsibilitiesReview technical deliverables throughout detailed design and development phase to ensure quality adherence and identify gaps or redesign requirements as needed.Work with the Technology Project Manager, Business Analysts / Systems Analysts, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.Comply with well-defined enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and project management disciplines, business technology architecture, and risk and production capacity - including development of project documentation of system requirements, estimates of scope and cost, etc.Deliver effective and efficient solutions by meeting key project milestones and ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and adhere to the corporate quality and security standards.Assist in the identification of opportunities to minimize cost, provide recommendations and/or deliver corresponding strategic solutions to support cost effectiveness and to enhance stakeholder experience.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality, standards compliance, reusability and ease of maintenance, Operational Readiness Reviews, and supporting gating and review signoffs for solution design.Support knowledge management processes for LOB / portfolio and ensure knowledge is codified, monitored, tracked and managed.Ensure design leverages existing reusable components and has traceability to business requirements and ensure new modules are designed with reusability as a key requirementIdentify and address application and data issues and cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect application integrity.Provide technical support for escalated incidents / outages to ensure that they are resolved efficiently with minimal impact to stakeholders.Continuously enhance knowledge / expertise in own area and keep current with leading-edge technologies, emerging trends / developments and grow expertise of the business, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques.Prioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines.Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team.Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers.Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience supporting applications hosted on virtual and cloud-based systems.5+ years of experience working with Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows, Linux), Active Directory Administration, MS SQL Server, MS Exchange Server, Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, Load balancing, Shell Scripting (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, etc.)Backup and Recovery operations (e.g. TSM, Commvault)Log Analysis and Performance Monitoring (e.g. Splunk, Dynatrace)Collaboration Tools (e.g. SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence)Additional experience working with File Transfer Platforms, Cloud and Distributed Computing (Azure), Middleware (IBM WebSphere, MQ), Configuration Management (Puppet), Enterprise Federation/Single Sign-On (PingFederate) and APIs are a plusGreat Team Player.EducationUndergraduate degree or Technical Certificate, or equivalent work experience.Experience5-7 years related experience.Physical RequirementsDomestic Travel – OccasionalInternational Travel – NeverPerforming sedentary work – ContinuousPerforming multiple tasks – ContinuousOperating standard office equipment - ContinuousResponding quickly to sounds – OccasionalSitting – ContinuousStanding – OccasionalWalking – OccasionalMoving safely in confined spaces – OccasionalLifting/Carrying (under 25 lbs.) – OccasionalLifting/Carrying (over 25 lbs.) – NeverSquatting – OccasionalBending – OccasionalKneeling – NeverCrawling – NeverClimbing – NeverReaching overhead – NeverReaching forward – OccasionalPushing – NeverPulling – NeverTwisting – NeverConcentrating for long periods of time – ContinuousApplying common sense to deal with problems involving standardized situations – ContinuousReading, writing and comprehending instructions – ContinuousAdding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing – ContinuousAccommodation & Equal Opportunity EmploymentTD Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
