Lab Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting process and equipment activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lab Technician Location: Pearl River, NY What's the Job? Execute production activities using knowledge of process equipment, systems, and manufacturing operations. Participate in operational qualification training and assist the Team Lead as needed. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, standard operating procedures and global regulatory and environmental guidelines. Work in a structured environment using established procedures. Assist in troubleshooting, technology transfer, and start-up activities, applying analytical tools to optimize production. What's Needed? BA/BS degree in a science/engineering field with any years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of process equipment and manufacturing operations. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines. Basic understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
