At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality neonatal ICU respiratory care to stabilize and treat patients.Manage ventilator settings and weaning protocols for NICU patients.Assess, monitor, and document patient status and treatment effectiveness.Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans with interdisciplinary teams.Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.Participate in rounds and communicate findings to physicians and nurses.Maintain and calibrate respiratory therapy equipment and ensure daily readiness.Document care activities and outcomes in electronic medical records accurately.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics tracking.educate families about respiratory care plans and discharge needs.Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue relevant certifications.Experience/QualificationsRN/Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience and neonatal credentials.Proficient ventilator management and weaning protocols for neonates.Strong documentation in electronic medical records with accurate outcomes.Ability to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.Infection control, patient safety, and strict adherence to protocols.Collaborative participation in rounds with physicians and nursing staff.Equipment maintenance, calibration, and daily readiness checks.Quality improvement participation and performance metrics contribution.Family education on respiratory care plans and discharge needs.Pursuit of relevant certifications and ongoing professional development.What's in it for you?
